Having experienced the hospitality industry for over 20 years in either bakery, Michelin star restaurants and luxury hotels, I am offering my service to contribute to the creation of your menu, train your chefs already on board to reproduce the dessert of your choice, organising events and jobs to be completed to reach your goal.


It can be challenging to hire the right candidate to join your team and find enough time in the day to train him/her. I can take care of this task and relieve you from this stress and pressure.

 

By working together, side by side, with your vision and expectations, I will present you different options of dessert menu, plated or buffet style as well as baked goods.
